Htc Program?

Gents, has anyone tried the HTC (Hypertrophy Cluster Training) program? I've been doing a standard pyramid routine with 3 set 10 rep training and I'm bored. Wondering if this would be a good mass builder.

Yes i used it a few years back and its yet another good option to get out of a rut of staleness and to spark new motivation and interest.I think the inventor was flamed long ago for stealing from dc but what difference does it really make..none.It is less brutal then dc and does work and you will make gains and move on as all systems work that way. Our bodys are an amazing adaption machine.Id say run it twelve weeks as to know you truly gave it a chance and have fun with it.

Anytime and goodluck..one of the things i remember liking was the freedom of putting shoulders before chest if i felt they were behind-and not feeling i was breaking any golden rules.
