Well hypothetically, if you give a return address LE could go there. If you give a fake one, the mail men are going to open it if it doesn't make it to customer. If you use customers address as return address it can only be sent back to customer, assuming address is valid.

I bet it was a somewhat local sale, by coincidence, and hulk didn't want the person to know how close he was. He put the customer's address as the return to get it there with no indications of even which state it came from.

Wouldn't the post office notice that though?
I believe they are trained to pick up on things like that...but then again it is the

If it was put in the mail with no postage. I just don't know how it would be delivered to the return address otherwise. You know what I mean? It's weird and I don't like it.

Some people might not have a mailbox or po box (for whatever reason, maybe they got evicted or never wanted one) so if they sent mail what would they put for return address, either the person's address they are sending it to or nothing at all. Or you could be on a trip and drop something in the mail to your own residence.

The return address had his info but the send address was different. The mail man would try to deliver to the send to address unless there was no postage. At that point they would return to sender.

From what I heard using grapeseed oil makes it green? But hell if I know.

It's not "hulk" green, but I'd call it green sometimes. One of my favorite ugl's uses only gso. I like.

Well, there is always the postmark not to mention that even if he doesn't provide a tracking number you'll have it once you receive your pkg, Run the # through the usps web site and the whole story is told from where its accepted and where it's delivered and any stops in between,
