The problem appears to be his domestic shippers, this Hutech rep is in China and just relaying orders. Both yes, both don't care because the same crap is happening.
Just a broken vial would be a relief... a federal agent knocking on the door would be my concern. I don't think they seek out small fish buyers but if you throw them an alley-oop they'll dunk that shit.

Well Hutech may have sorted things out with packaging after all. My order came in a box with bubble wrap. TA was 5 days including Sat/Sun. I’m a “Tracy” and GL custy but needed this in a pinch.

If this is a USA dom order as long as nothing could break or leak out or be seen then domestic shipping isn't scrutinized so mylar and what not is a little overboard. I agree with maybe some bubble wrap and even maybe a 2nd bag that is black or ateast can't be seen through. Not wanting to argue this is just my 2 cents. On the other hand I agree with better packaging if the order is going thru customs. Hope everyone has a good day!!!
