I’ll be honest I’ve had decent experiences. the few times I didn’t, hutech made it right but this time really has me concerned that I was ripped off. Communication has been off and there’s been no updates after i was told I would be.

You claimed to of reshipped the packages and shipped them out but nothing has seen the post office yet in going on 3 weeks.. also ignored my PMs for an explanation.

My final update guys - received half my order never received anything after. Have been given multiple tracking numbers and “it’ll arrive soon”. No explanation on what the issue is. Got burned on this one… stay far away.

I'm not associated with this source, and I'm not saying they're spectacular, but their customer service has been good.

I placed a US domestic order on November 19th, and another US domestic order on November 29th.
Come December 1st, I hadn't yet received any shipping info for the first order, but a tracking number was available in my USPS Informed Delivery.
I emailed this source directly, and they got agreed to ship the first order from a different warehouse, and sent the tracking within 24 hours of that message.
Both packages (11/29 and 12/1) ended up getting delivered a few days later.

It was tablets, so I cannot speak to the damaged oils have mentioned. But everything was there, and well packaged.
