Ah okay, guess I was doing it wrong, I'll do that for the other vials, I appreciate the help. All the other vials the top came off completely and left the rest of the vial intact so just kept doing that way, today I learned.

Today I also learned. lol. I thought it was just cheap ass shit not two different kinds of tops.
