Hypoglycemia

Hi I'm sorry for my English, maybe you'll understand. I'm just trying to gain weight, so I'm caloric in +.
Running cycle:
Tst - 600
TrenA - 400
Masterone - 400
Anadrol - 100ed
HGH 6iu - 6 times a week (before bedtime)
I have been suffering from hypoglycae for many years, + - twice a week. I have had hypoglycemia every day for the last month. I don't understand I have 174cm, 85kg, 10% fat and currently 3800 calories, 430g of carbs. Does anyone have a similar experience? Does anyone know where the mistake might be and what to focus on?

My diet is mainly Rice about 400g, chicken about 500g, egg whites 250ml, protein, flakes 100g, a few pieces of fruit and jam. I am currently trying to train John Meadows Gamma Bomb - 5 days a week. Sometimes it's right in the morning after breakfast, sometimes in the afternoon about 1 hour after a meal, sometimes when I can't eat after 3 hours of a meal. I do not use insulin, only twice a day berberine 500mg. I recently had blood tests and my fasting glucose level was fine. It forced me to ask here and when I got a weak hypo which lasted about 1:30 hours. Really annoying. I try to keep the food 2 hours apart during the day. When I go to train in the morning, I have an 80% hypo in the afternoon. During that time, I eat 3-4 foods rich in protein and carbohydrates.

Are you sure the issue is `hypo` and not `hyper` ?

I've seen hundreds of guys have this same problem over the years coz they didn't know the difference. The feeling/effect is very similar for both conditions and from looking at your macros it seems (to me ) that you might possibly be going hyper instead of hypo.

Regarding your 400g/day carbs from rice, fruit, and jam. Can you be more specific about timings and carb amounts per meal?

6iu GH before bed raises some alarm bells in my head too (dependent on carb timings during the day).

If I get some sugar in it right away, it will go away within 15 minutes. This tells me that this is a hypo, including the symptoms I found on the internet. My day is currently:
In the morning 80g rice, chicken meat 200g, 1 piece of banana.
Training - During training eea 20g and 40g glucose.
After training 120g mixed rice, 70g protein + approx. 40g jam.
Another meal comes out around 12:00 00g rice 80g, chicken 200g and peach compote.
The other food (4) is the same or I'll make sandwiches.
5 food again chicken with rice or pancakes where is flour 80g, eggs, protein, jam, fruit ...
6 food is the last there I change it quite often. Meat 200g with vegetables or cottage cheese + protein + peanut butter, eggs with spinach.
The break between meals is never longer than 3 hours. The last meal is about 1 hour before bedtime together with HGH.

It's hard to see how that carb intake could make you go hypo coz your timings look good for the quick release sugars pre/intra/post workout.

Is it plain white rice you're eating in all those other meals? I'd try switching to brown rice, or wild rice, or even oats, and see if that helps. Perhaps increase the portion sizes a little and add more veggies and grains (complex carbs) to your daily diet too.

Even something as simple as 2 slices of whole wheat/whole grain bread with some meals might make a difference but the key is finding a balance for your blood sugar and staying consitent.

Good luck bro. I hope you figure it out.

Yes, jasmine rice. I know I don't have whole grain or other more complex carbohydrates there. They contain fiber and with this amount of food I have a problem and digestion when I include them. I'll try to gradually feel a little more complex carbohydrates with some food.

So I read, and I think that this is still hyper. Because the food is very, very good.

That's how it looks to me also but the OP is sure he's going hypo so it's something he will need to figure out for himself.

If small tweaks to his diet don't help then he will have to consider that poor carb choices and 6iu HGH before bed are actually making him hyper and he doesn't realise it.

HGH can really mess with blood sugar if you get the carb intake wrong.

Thank you both for your observations. Today I had some complex carbohydrates and I'm fine. I'll skip the doctor for now, but I'll buy a glucometer so I can find out where the problem is. At least I think so.

Good luck bro.
Try to avoid too many simple carbs like white rice and also don't count fructose/sucrose/dextrose from fruit and jam as part of your daily carb intake.

Quick release sugars have a purpose pre/intra/post training but only small amounts are required for that. You need the slow releasing quality carbs to keep blood sugar balanced and under control throughout the day. They act like a `drip feed` instead of a quick rush/instant high.

I understand that, I recently ate complex carbohydrates for a long time, a lot of natural rice, buckwheat, flakes, but I had this problem with digestion, I went to the bathroom 4-5 times a day. The weight was standing, it was impossible to gain weight. So now I'm in calorie + I chose the option of eating, stomach and intestines are satisfied. But the problem appeared elsewhere, I used to have it too, but not so often.

You've got a very specific issue and I don't know what it is bro but I've given you the best advice I can offer and I wish you good luck.

Might try adding some fiber or fats to the meals you notice you get hypo after to slow dowht n the digestion of it.

Right thoughts, here I completely agree about the bunch of gr and the wrong carbohydrates too.

For years hypoglycemia has affected my life drastically. I lose my blood sugar almost daily and have to combat it all everyday. Doctor says there's nothing he can do unless diabetic. Have to time my eating precisely when going to the gym. Also keep a snack with me. Taking a few bites during workout. This affects me so badly above any other problem I have, bc it's so easy for me to get sick and mess up my workout.

Guys who have a problem with falling with sugar, they all carry sweets with them. My friend always keeps a snickers in his pocket, and at any such moment he eats a snickers.

I would be interested in seeing thyroid labs hear. Hypothyroidism can lead to low blood surgar. Be worth a throughly check, doesn't happen to all but can some. Basically if your metabolism slows down due to hypothyroidism then your insulin can stick around alittle to long causing you to have low blood surgar. About the only thing i can think off.
