Hypogonadism and gynecomastia

Is hypogonadism always associated with gynecomastia due to high estrogen levels?

No. I was hypogonadal but had estrogen levels that were too low.

i wouldnt think so since bodybuilders can get gyno while having elevated testosterone levels in the 2000 range from exogenous steroid injections.. gyno is just from having excess estrogen in general, irrelevant of your testosterone levels.
