The whole Zyzz thing is actually interesting. Its a snapshot of a very brief period in most mens lives when they think drugs, women and partying are the pinnacle of life. In that sense you almost cant fault him because he simply took that ideology to its maximum conclusion.

Its just amusing how idealized he became, (case in point the OP) who believe he stood for something, when the world is full of people who legitimately stand for something worthwhile and Zyzz is the best they can latch on to.

Nothing against him, looks like he was having a hell of a good time until he got unlucky in Thailand. But seriously OP, when you've grown up a bit you will look back and realize there a much better idols, if you truly need one.

Insightful and true. Saw military guys extend this phase well into retirement. Took a run at it for over 10 years myself.
