I am new here

I have been reading many of these great forums for quite some time and finally decided to sign up so that i can possibly participate in some discussions.
So my stats are
Age 43
Height 5'9"
Weight 213

I have been training on and off since the age of 15 but i have been consistent for the last 3 years
I normally do push pull method training 3 to 4 days a week and run a few miles a week
My diet is ok not the best i am just trying to maintain body weight while losing fat
I am on TRT have been for the last 6 years and i have also cycled quite a few times in my life
I look forward to meeting some new people here and gaining more knowledge thanks.
