I just ordered 500iu hgh from QSC and one Test cyp kit

I am gonna run 5iu a day
And 200mg gym e2d so 600mg a week

I want to lean bulk , I want to keep my abs

When should I inject the hgh for best muscle gains?

I will do 60min cardio on empty stomach after waking up

And eating 3700kcal

350protein
500carbs
45fat

I have read that for gaining muscle it’s the best when injecting all before sleep

But I have read a lot of different opinions
 
I'm curious, what are your full stats?

60 minute cardio is possibly overkill especially on empty stomach, but of course cardio can be very low intensity like walking.

I have found I greatly prefer HGH before bed rather than morning or any other time. Just makes sleep much better and yes most of our recovery happens during sleep so I would assume that this might benefit muscle growth the most...but idk. @Type-IIx hasn't shared his muscle growth protocol for HGH yet! Hoping to see it sooner rather than later ;)
 
People over complicate things with hgh, just get the dose in you. At 5iu, I would do a single subq shot, no need to split dosing. Do it in the morning, pre workout, post workout, before bed etc. just keep it consistent.

When I'm cruising my maintenance is ~3500cals with moderate activity level, like walking ~8k steps and going for swimming 2x week. On more intense week/days I needed 4k to maintain.

What's your maintenance calories? Are you sure your 60 minute cardio will not "eat away" your calories that you intend to grow on?

@Palifter isn't he too young for hgh? Idk much about hgh, but I remember someone knowledgeable on YT said that you should hold up as much as you can till you're 30 years old before hgh? Sorry for being ignorant on this topic.

The decision to use HGH is a personal choice. 24 y/o is bordering too young, but at 5iu, he would still benefit nonetheless. HGH will benefit someone 30y/o + more however. I started using HGH at 27, I’m 29 now. It’s definitely been worthwhile in my case.

I did a check up couple months ago and tested myself for any kind cancer or tumors (and stds) and I am clean as possible so why I shouldn’t use hgh also 5iu won’t overkill it
 
@David44 I'm not sayin don't do it, all I'm saying is that your calories seem low to me and perhaps too much cardio every day on empty stomach, but we are all different. So do what works for you, I guess.

Also, I just asked more experienced member @Palifter about age and hgh. It's great to have someone like him, with such experience who is willing to help. That's all. Not trying to stop you or anything, go ahead achieve your goals, I guess ;)

Lukiss, just to clarify, I’m only giving my input and opinion on the matter for anyone reading. I have no clue if OP is a troll or serious about his intent. Also, HGH is only as good as one’s diet and training, you know that but it’s worth reiterating.

If OP is serious, he needs to ensure the above points are covered otherwise HGH will be a disappointment or lackluster.

Yes, I understand :) it all comes down to basics - diet and training.

For example, I feel like I'm not ready for such things like hgh. That's partly why I asked age related question, I don't want to put someone down or make them appear "lesser". So I didn't ask if he's ready, that's personal choice like you said.

1. Still plenty of room to mature and grow the muscle.
2. Too young age wise.
3. Cost to benefit ratio (hgh is expensive and would I benefit that much at this point.)
4. Is it really necessary for my goals.
5. One more possible "headache" in case side effects present or bad reaction or something else.

To me it seems like you need to grow up to hgh both in physique and age. Your physique alone tells everything, there is no question whether it was right or not for you.

IT'S JUST MY OPINION, I may be wrong, so I apply this to myself, not trying to force it down to others.

I started hgh when I started anabolics. I do not have anything to compare it to. But I notice I can eat more like shit compared to other people and how full I get from eating a shit load of carbs to load up on glycogen.

I feel like it is the safest thing to add and I personally do not suffer from any side effects other than possible fatigue.

I guess my interpretation of hgh is :
Since it causes lipolysis and release stored fat. You are more likely to burn fat over glycogen. It makes a recomp much easier. Idk if it's like tricking it into a bulk so glycogen/muscle building is more likely and you will use fatty acids for everyday activity.

I may be completely wrong but it's the interpretation I got. I am open for someone correct me though
