I can't eat THAT much!

I'm just not hungry enough to eat more than two or three times a day tops, with snacks in between. Especially in the mornings I'm just not hungry. I try to stuff myself for bulking and only get about 4000 C tops, 200 - 250g protein. But that's not every day even. I'm just not able to eat 5 frickin meals in a day. Maybe my stomach is small idk. I supliment of course but that only goes so far. I'm 5'9" 180 and my metabolism is crazy so it's hard enough to bulk I need more calories than the average person which doesn't help. Tren helps with appetite somewhat. I don't like smoking weed so that's out. I wish I could like get the opposite of gastric bypass or whatever and get a bigger stomach, like I could even afford such a thing anyway.
 
Yea, for some reason now it just gets me paranoid and thinking too much or something It's not anjoyable at all. haven't smoked in like ten years except took a hit of my gf's last year and for couple hours everything that was even slightly bad in my life seemed terrible. It never did that when I was younger, wierd.

This is why i dont smoke. I tried some the other day because a customer gave me a big bag, accidentally smoked a bit too much and ended up sitting around for 3 hours stressing out of my fucking mind thinking about how shitty my life is lol. Was not fun.
 
I did not count the calories from my midnight snacks though. For some reason every night like clockwork I wake up CRAVING sweets. Then I smash a whole box of Cap'n crunch or box of swiss cream rolls or a whole whole bucket of ice cream. Idk why that happens every night.

I can completely relate dude and that will happen to me now in my 40's. When I smoke now it's from my one hitter and 1 maybe 2 blasts maxs. What is key imo to preventing the "paranoia" is choosing the right strain these days. Which obviously will require some research by trial and error lol :D GL either way man, hope things work out for you.

Train your stomach. You cant go from 3k cals to 6k in a day and not have issues. Slowly add in 500 extra a week until you reach your goal (usually do this before cycle if bulking).
 
In the morning your catabolic....

In the afternoon your Anabolic...

Eat less the night before, wake up hungry (or easier to stuff face)

Also portions sizes.... if your eating 3 Large meals of course you can't eat 6 small meals-- push comes to shove eat a little more dirty-- some guys with dang old high metabolism can do that:(

I drink fair life milk. One liter per day. Cost is 3.00$ it gives me 1,000 calories and 100 grams of protein.
Doesn't contain lactose and is ultra purified. Less sugar more protein.

Then get some pasteurized egg whites in a carton. Use one scoop chocolate protein powder and give yourself like 1-2 cups of eggs whites and blend. That's another 60-100 calories depending on what and how much you put in and tastes like yahoo chocolate milk.

Drink your calories between meals and get creative.

Salmon= 16oz equals 1,000 calories and 100 grams protein. You just need to look for calorie dense food is all.

What roger said about fair life milk is true, can't remember who turned me on to it but it is the bomb.
13g protein each cup and with Special K protein cereal it is the shit. And no fat.
I got like 8 cartons of it in the fridge right now haha.

Only 1 FairLife product has no fat to my knowledge. The rest do have fat. Not that there's anything wrong with fat in milk, especially when one has a problem eating enough calories...:
 
I used to drink Fairlife but it just wasn't cost effective in the long run. Whole milk is where it's at if you need calories. Add in peanut butter, protein powder and whole milk yogurt... Once you start thinking in terms of calorie dense foods, it's almost like cheating.

While milk and whole milk yogurt, good shit! Have a glass with every meal.
 
I was going to say peanut butter but @Eman beat me to it. Read the label on it that shit is extremely dense I could eat a whole jar of it a day easy but I don't have issues trying to bulk ether.lol :oops:
