Are the brothers lifting in the same meet? What do they think their numbers will be?
I noticed that and that's the way i've always done it .. probably why my back is so strong and big and legs aren't .. I know what you mean about the heavy weight causing it. It's hard to keep form when going heavy (1-2 reps) ..AnimalMass said:I'm probably somewhere between a meso and an endo.
Yeah - and deadlift form is do as I say, not as I do. I pretty much straight leg and round back it. - That tends to happen when it gets that heavy. - but my back is used to it.

I am constantly in awe of both of them. Especially Dave since he's really leaned out. If he were fully healthy, do you think he could be top 10 or 15 in the world in PL? Just doing some rough numbers, he'll be doing ~1400 injured (bench and DL only) but can squat upwards of 900+ when his back is healthy.AnimalMass said:Thanks Bob. Kyle tore his bicep 3 months ago and he is doing the meet, but it's just a meet to get back on the platform. He should bench about 600 and he will deadlift 730 - easy deadlift for him - but he doesn't want to put more tension than that on his bicep yet - he is hook gripping though.
Dave is benching and pulling but is recovering from tearing his hamstirng twice and a bad disk in his lower back. He should bench 750-ish and his pull will just be however much weight he wants to put on his back - maybe 650-700? - But if his back is bothering him, he won't pull at all.
