I don't have time to diet!

Like a lot of y'all out here I don't have time to eat. Not necessarily eat correctly more or less I don't have time to eat at all. I like to hit at least 6 meals a day which I usually am able to do, but as man with a full time job it's hard. I am not bitchin about eating cause I'm trying to catch these GAINZ, but just wondering some tricks of you guys in similar situations.

Lots of prepping. Do you get 2 breaks an a lunch at work? If so you can eat breakfast at home before you leave, eat agin at break, then lunch, an break again. That's 4 right their an still have 2 more when you get home. Will this is how I do it with a full time job. You know the funny part 8s we dont even get breaks. We get a lunch break an that's it sooo.... I eat on the run lol. Once at 930am an again aroun 230pm. I prep for the day the night before. I prepare a couple big batches of chicken that will last all week so i dont have to worry about that. I do whatever it takes!!!!!

Hey skull you said you prep enough chicken for the week, does it usually keep alright for the whole week? I always want to do that but I worry about it going bad so I usually only make enough for about 3 days at a time.

Breakfast 6:00
Cardio 6:30
Meal #2 9:00
Lunch 12:00
Meal #4 3:00
Workout 6:00
Meal #5 immediately after
Supper 7:45
But is that the best way? Probably but just exploring.
 
I also prep chicken and tofu sausage for the whole week every Sunday night.
I have been trying to change out to ground turkey instead of chicken, but not yet.
 
Yeah. Prep and planning. Boiled eggs, tuna, portions of rotisserie chicken (better cold). I'll make and freeze breakfast burritos for the morning (i have a microwave though). Pre portioned shakers of whey and oats. Hell, even cans of Turkey chili are edible cold, done it.

Just have to make it work sometimes.

Ya ive never had a stomach issue yet. I keep it all in the same pyrex that I cook it in. I Leave the tinfoil over it so it doesnt dry out. G2G lol

As long as your getting your macros in for the day it really doesn't matter what time you eat. If you can stomach 3 humongus ass meals that matches your macros for the day....Itll work!!!!
 
Solution is simple. Just eat fewer, but larger, meals.

Word, I should probably invest in some decent Pyrex tupperware, I got some cheap plastic stuff but even at the 3 day mark my shit tends to get dried out. But from what I hear Pyrex is G2g :D:D
 
6'2" 358 I'm the big engine that people think has a problem... Things like " Why you always eating", "how do you eat so much and still not look like that guy"

I also pre prep for most of the week. Mostly chicken and fish right now because I'm cutting.I do get little iffy about chicken in refrigerator after three days even though it may be fine for longer. If I cook a weeks worth of chicken I refreeze a few portions and take out later in week. If you cook fresh fish such as salmon or haddock you can do the same. I feel as though I'm always in the kitchen preping meals so it's nice to get a whole weeks worth done in one shot;)

Ive have recently been off work for 2weeks straight. Went back Monday an had 3 breasts still wrapped up in bags their. I hate wasting food an was very iffy about it. Sou you know what I did? I ate them bitches anyways an it was all good bahahha. Not a stomach issue yet. Now if you'll please excuse me so I can run like a mad man to the bathroom while holdin my ass....I think I got diarrhea lmfao jk jk!!!!

hahaha damn man your brave, I go 5 days max, but usually only prep for about 4 days. But yeah OP like these other dudes are saying pretty much just a lot of prepping and eating quick. I'm like Skull and just get a lunch break, but we go to a couple job sites a day so I just eat really quick in the truck unless I'm driving and in that case just eat really fast when I get to the next job or before we leave. I use Pyrex as well and everything stays pretty fresh. Looks like you pretty much have the same plan as me except I eat 3 bigger meals and 2-3 smaller snack/meals because it's just easier to eat a big meal for breakfast, smaller pre lunch snack/meal, good sized lunch, pre dinner snack/small meal, good sized dinner, and then normally another smaller meal/snack a little after my dinner. It just works out a little easier like that for me.
