I don’t need no rocking chair.

So we are at day 18 of the second run of orals, and it’s been smooth as butter.

Nothing like the first run. No bloat, no hbp, no headaches, no nothing. Have been steadily increasing weight at about a pound a week. Maybe .85 a week.
More vascular, legs starting it to get meat on them. Calf’s starting to shows some veins.
Last time I was having serious issues by this day in the cycle.
My changes.
Morning are 1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup of oats
Water

Then at 9am
Fresh NOT frozen
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana

Then 11 to 12
20mg dbol/20 mg winny

1-2 pm lunch

This is every morning!

Also cut carbs after 3 pm except pineapple which I have a slice after every mean but breakfast since it’s fruit already.

Added the 20 mg winny

Take the whole dose instead of splitting it up into 2

Cut all greens and almost all bread products completely out the diet.

Anyway rocking along!

Oh ya and I add about 2 grams of pink himilayan sea salt in water each day and reduce my salt everywhere else I can.

Man brother I’m trying to get as much out this blast as possible. And I’m surely not disappointed in any way!
I’m making good gains, I’m also increasing strength as well as core strength. My sciatica is at a all time low, not non existent but easily able to work thru or around.
Last pin was diluted 50/50 with gso, and it was absolutely no pip! I pin tomm morning in other quad so we see if I have the same reaction. This quad has been the one that showed pip the worst.

3 weeks in to orals with absolutely no problems. Work has been off the chain, energy is great, mood is great, gains are great. Life is great!

I got a plan moving forward but I’m gonna keep it tight to the vest for now.
So for now we are week 9 test e 300mg/wk, and week 3 of orals at 20mg dbol/20 mg winny.
 
Why are you cutting your gear with extra GSO? High dosage compound?
Because it was giving me pip days later.
I read that pip that comes on 48 hrs or later is due to the body absorbing the oil before the compound.
And adding some more gso would rectify that.
Also just to be clear, I don’t add no gso to my vial, just what I’ve pulled up for that pin.
Meaning that I drew up 1/2 ml of gear, then drew 1/2 ml of gso.
 
On a diff subject tho.

So my last cycle, after the first few puns the pip was nothing much, if any.

This cycle diff vendor same test e 300, I get pip from every pin accept for 1, which resulted in no pip.
Now wtf?
It’s got to be me!
So the last couple pins, I made triple sure that I followed the same process.
I use the pin that I did my last pin with, just the point, to draw, then replace with a brand new tip, and then pin. I keep everything in sealed Tupperware.
Do you think reusing my tip from last pin to draw with is bad technique?

Let me ask another question? Do most ppl just draw with the tip they plan to pin with?
I can’t understand how one spot i could get no pip, but hurt like a bitch, anywhere else.
I use different pins. Normally I draw with an 18g needle and actually pin with a 23-25g. & use the same 18g throughout the whole cycle. Idk some may say it’s stupid but I’ve never had an issue and been drawing with the same 18g for over a year.

I went ahead and bought box 100 of 25g, and box 100 of 29ga.
Small price to pay for safety.
They are cheap.
I did my pin this morning so we see if I have any pip by Wednesday.
 
Its amazing how much different this oral run is compared to that first one.
I’m not for sure how if my body is just handling the compound better, or if the addition of winny just complimented it well.
Yesterday I couldn’t eat enough. I was constantly hungry. But I kept it to good clean food, eating 2x the normal amount of chicken, and fruit, as well as avocados. Plus I ended it with a 1/2 cup of oats with half scoop of protein.
Now most of you know I don’t consume carbs after 3 pm, so that shake at bed was way off the charts for me.
So how do I wake up?
Well after my morn shit, I was leaner looking than I have been yet.
Just when I think I have an idea of what I’m doing, I do it all backwards and end up getting the best results.
Maybe I add a oats/Protein shake at bed the rest of the week lol

Depends on goals. Just because late carbs had a positive effect once doesn’t mean repeating that nightly for a few weeks wont be problematic. Kinda like a refeed imo

I’m glad you chimed in on that! I was on the fence about it. I needed another thought on that! That’s a very good point.

I think the best advice I’ve been giving is to the fact, that you can bulk or cut on any compound.
It changed my direction.
Kinda opened me up to how important food choices and servings are to the goal, not to the compound.

Do you warm your oil up before pinning? That may help. GSO is thick and can be difficult to inject... I haven't used any in a long time, I prefer MCT. But, warming the GSO with a heating pad or something always did the trick for me.
I hadn’t. The though had crossed my mind as I did read another thread with the same advice. However it’s been 2 days and I barely feel any pip. We see about tomm. But I might give that a try too!

I have thought about how you would add extra oil to the syringe. To me I would be a little worried about another potential possibility of contamination. Maybe just me always worrying about that.

Fact. I still got to work my ass off, but at least I get to see gains!
Well I thought last year now that I’m on gear I should just eat as much as I can as long as it’s clean. But that doesn’t really jive with my goals.
Hell I wasn’t even for sure what my goals was.
So this time I spent months trying different food, and seeing how my stomach handled it. Once I had a list of foods that I digest well, I then organized them with carbs/protein Am , carbs/protein/fat lunch, protein/fats dinner.

Then I added the gear back.
And except for that lil blemish at the 3rd week of the cycle, it’s been excellent.

I use the same precedure as drawing from the vial of gear.
I also utilize sterile gso from a lab supply.

I understand your fear.
I utilize the best advice I’ve been giving or that I see has been regurgitated from vets that come before me.
That and common sense.
Just wait till we start brewing!

So getting back to you on this, I’ve been warming the last couple pins and it deff did help. I follow that protocol moving forward.

Well I’m just a newb! I couldn’t give advice to anybody. Let me make that clear so we understand that moving forward.
With that said, I read some on the subject from others, and then trial and error on myself.
But maybe think about it like this.
Diluted it is spread out over more area, and possibly that allows the compound to be more bio-available?
My guess is as good as yours, and I would myself be interested in any studies that have been written about it to expand my own knowledge.

And so far it’s worked, as well as warming the oil.
