Am I the only one here who can't handle protein powder? I can eat a TON of clean food daily and my guts are pristine, but as soon as I introduce protein powder my guts just go to shit(no pun)and the pain is crazy. I'm not lactose intolerant as I drink a gallon per day and I only use high end iso when I do try lol. Been like 6 years since I tried and figured I'd try again, but NOPE my body says fuck that!
