i have been on numerous boards and always see people that are complaining they are not losing body fat. and looking for shortcuts to their dream bodies. i just get annoyed because i once had excessive body fat not huge but i was a lil thicker and people just do not get the concept of DIETING! i know for some people its a horrible word. ive seen threads like is DNP a shortcut? will clen burn all my fat? Will steroids make me lose weight?

No matter what you take Clen, DNP, Steroids, what ever GNC carries (if those even work) you will not seen any effect unless you have a CLEAN diet. eating tbell 3 times a week is not dieting. Even on the harsh fat burner DNP you wont notice a difference unless you diet i know this from a personal experience. This is my personal opionion and im NOT a guru or anything about this shit but i believe dieting is 80% of a great body.

Sorry guys i had to get it out. People take all this shit and still look like shit cuz all they do is eat like shit! I dont mean to be a dick but its gotta stop sometime. CONTROL YOUR APPETITE!

I hear you brother, I cant stand people who complain and look for shortcuts but then they do stupid shit like eat bags o chips or binge drink, theyll never know the dedication or satisfaction

Unfortunately it's the American way to look for shortcuts and try to half-ass your way through life, which is a good reason why the average American waistline expands exponentially year by year. It pisses me off with both the people looking for clen and DNP to be the answer to their prayers that they could shove Krispy Kreme into their fat fucking faces while losing pure fat and gaining muscle, and then also the 150 pound twerps that want to pin themselves to get huge...IMO juice shouldn't be considered until you're at least breaching 200 pounds.

OK, point well taken...now how about some sample diets you fellas and ladies have used to get real results? I personally would really appreciate it...thanks, drumlicks

And i hate this......

I hate it when someone tells me, "If I took what he takes I'll look like that too."
And then I say, "You can take 3 times what he takes and still wouldn't come close to looking like him." Yes, it is alot about the diet, but mostly it's about who your parents are/were - GENETICS.
You have to have the propensity to be strong and lean - PERIOD.

I hear ya bro, its all about motivation, diet, and exercise. The reason why I believe people got fat is because they are lazy. They want to sit around eat, chips take a pill and magically have a beach body. People forgot what working for something is all about.

When I see overweight people at the gym, granted I'm glad they are there, but they are not pushing themselves. They are lazy and make excuses for anything. They are trying to try, but they just can't motivate themselves, "its to hard" "but that hurts"...then people wonder why my music is so loud when I work out.

I know why you posted that, I get pissed off too, but that's usually after I help them, and they don't listen to me.

Some were born with good genetics and that's just the way it works. It can be harder on many that lack good
genetics and they will have to work a little harder with respect to dieting and training, etc. I've been fortunate in that
I don't accumulate fat cells at a high rate and am able to naturally build decent lean muscle.

Keeping a clean diet is the first priority for sure, then follow suit with busting ass in the gym.

It does get old. I'm a little chunky but I lift heavy AF and I workout hard and I eat good food and I make progress! Imo you don't need to "diet" so much as you do need to just eat better, you can still eat plenty and make progress.
