Did you warm up properly. ???

Only a doctor can tell you if it’s serious or not.

Yea
2 sets bar weight
2 sets 1 plate per side
2 sets 2 plates per side
1 set 3 plates

I can get a doctors appointment in a few weeks to check it out for this type of stuff so...

If you’re walking and bending over that’s definitely a good sign. Hopefully you called the session. When you said upper edge I was worried you did what I did with my SI but that doesn’t sound like the case.

Wait until tomorrow to assess how serious it is. Watch for swelling and discoloration over the next week.

Well its the left glute and pain is at its upper right part, so when i flex i can feel the pain go towards my asshole and lower back. Its not that painful now anymore, it feels sore and i can "squat myself up" when i sit on a chair..it fucking sucks as its basically been with 4 plates a side so not much weight actually.

I rode my bike back home which also wasnt a real problem on moderate speed, but stopped the session immediately..

Back when I was a sprinter, things would pop. One time I ignored it during a race,it wasn't pretty. My advice is to seek a sports trainer or physical therapist to evaluate, and if not, go very easy and light to test it. But give it some time before you even test it

Give it a couple days. It can take a while to swell and bruise. Took 2 days before my leg bruised and that ended up covering my whole leg.

No bruising..i had chestday yesterday and picked up 45lbs dumbbells and also had no pain (when i did that , i didnt remember my injury, only when i was sitting on the bench with both dumbbells i remember ed it actually and thought its good that picking them up was painless).
Afterwards i also went to jog with my dog, where only after a few yards id remember that my cheek isnt hurting actually..
Im gonna do legs on friday, but only machines so i can concentrate on only quads and hamstrings.
Next week then im gonna start again with easy deadlifts to pump the glutes full of blood

You sure it wasn’t a pop on the lower spine? That happened to me and it burned and my leg got numb and I got light headed.

Took like 3 months to recover

For something like that better get it checked by a doc as it could be a slipped disc.

Damn i should get an xray asap then.

Ive been able to deadlift 240 lbs with no problem this week though.

Better get my spine checked out properly
