If I buy say 10ml of Test E-250, how much of the vial should it fill? Is it all of it, half of it, or maybe just one-third? Really need to know.

If your vial is a 40ml vial, then your 10ml of gear will fill a quarter of it. and if your vial is a 100ml vial, then your oil will fill 1/10th of the vial.

most 10ml vials are bigger than 10mls. So, most likely your vial won't be full. Most likely it'll be anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3 full. Again - it depends on tha actual vial size.
generally 2/3 to 3/4 full...its not gonna be completely full...it will generally have 10ml if you use 1cc per inject, you will generally only get 9cc from the vial as there is about 1/10ml of waste with every shot

Yes, each 10ml multidose bottle is roughly 11.5ml. This allows for atmospheric pressures to be compensated for. Like the tar on a sidewalk. If it freezes it won't break ect. Once you have used the whole bottle, give it a test. Fill up your syringe 2.5ml everytime and inject it into the empty vial 4 times to get exactly 10ml, then see how much it CAN hold by injecting more liquid. You'll see that it will usually be about 1.5ml. For a 20ml vial roughly 2.5ml
