I just finished a cycle about 2 months ago and my wife and I are trying to have a baby. We have been trying for about a year and nothing!! I have 3 sons all healthy right now, Im 44 years old and my wife is 35. I just went to get my sperm count checked and to my shock ( after 3 kids ) it came up with 0..No sperm at all, I dont know what the heck it could be but I was wondering could it be from the roids?..Please if you have any info I would be greatfull my wifes is loosing it and Im preety bummed..thanks

It very well could be the juice but i have never heard of any kind of aas bringing your sperm count to 0... You have been off now for 2months and that is enogh time to have some sperm in there so i would have to say it could be something else...ask your Dr bro, im sure something can be done..

Not sure you would be at 0 from just this last aas cycle. I would be greatful to have 3 healthy children. The wifey and I were only able to have one and I'd do about anything to have more. I wonder how long your count has been depressed. Also, what is your aas/pcr history?

You right Im very thankfull for the kids I have and I try to tell my wife that but you know woman..I finished my last cycle 2 months ago and that was the first cycle I have ever done, Im about to start my second one in a few weeks but I think I might hold off until I know whats up. I have done a lot of research and it appeares that roids will mess with your labito but not sperm in anyway so I didnt worry...Im so bummed only because I feel like I let my wife down and again a little one would be great!! I have a 16yr old 14 and 4 year old so I wouldnt have ever thought this could happen. The only thing I think it could possible be is perhaps blocked by scare tissue or something, about 18 months ago I had an accident where a car door ( of a Cad...) slammed my nuts in the door!! Fuckin ohhhchh!! I went down like a ton of brike and they were bleeding and all sore for months.. I told my doc about it but he said you have two nuts so dont worry!! LOL..asshole!! Thanks for the feed back its nice to see when people who dont know you give a little compasion..thanks again bros!!

I actually read a study where test can hurt your sperm count, and have seen studies that suggest some men can become less sterile during a cycle.......But not long term or permanantely

You know I feel so selfish when I get a reply like yours and also the other gents ..I do have 3 healthy sons and Im very thankfull and Im very sorry that you and others have none and want them so much, I wish I could make my wife understand this also but the truth is I have a feeling it will lead to a divorce down the road. We all know that gear temporarily shuts down the male reproductive system while on hence the need for post cycle drugs like clomid or hcg. If you stopped your cycle and did not use theses protocols then it may be the reason for the 0 count. Consult a fertility expert and they may perscribe such protocols or an effective alternative. Coming off a cycle without proper drugs to start your t-axis and testes working again quickly may result in several weeks to months of the testes trying to descend and produce sperm again as it seems in your case. But dont take it from me...bring this point up to a doctor and see what he says.

Take it from me bro divorce is not a pretty thing....It should be the last ditch you cover.....Feeling and thinking that way is very emotional...talk to your wife and if possible get counseling to help that void...dont even think about the possiblity of divorce....work with her if she is worth it to you....I dont think there is more that I know other than law (legal system), backwards and forwards, but what does that get me...a good pay check?????? Good advise ..I thought because I take depo test 1.5 cc every 10 days for low levels I would have to worry about it and I also read that it cant play a role in sperm count but instead plays with your libedo..Im going to call a doctor on monday and I tell you this is the longest weekend..LOL..I just wish I could promise my wife that it will return to normal, but how can I when I have no clue why this is...thanks for your post bro it all helps...

Seriously, your nuts got caught in a car door? I slammed my fingers in the car door when I was about 8. That was awful! But getting your nuts in there...WOW! I don't really think your probnlem lies in scar tissue. If you're ejaculating something other than air, you have semen. The problem is that you have no sperm count in that semen. Nadda. Typical aas cycles decrease sperm count but I don't think it will go down to nothing. You and the wife obviously need to seek help from a fertility specialist. Some insurance companies are paying for office visits as well as meds. I'm not well versed on this condition but I know that the hypothatlamus must send a signal to the testes to produce sperm. If your hypo is out of wack, maybe this is the cause. Maybe you just need to take the proper meds to increase sperm count. I dunno.

Bigkarch, sounds like your divorce messed you up a bit. Sorry bro. I may be heading down that path sometime soon. Could I PM you sometime for some information on that? As far as being a good communicator in your relationships, I'm sure you have no problems in that department. You appear to have quite a bit of common sense, you're obviously bright considering your profession, you have a good heart considering you have offered your services to persons on this board with prior felony convictions. It's easy to see that you're not an ass based on your posts. So you have all this going for you AND you have the desire to obtain and maintain all these qualities, I don't see how you could have ever had problems with these things in past relationships. Maybe the women you were with messed you up really bad. If so, you need to see what qualities those women share and then steer clear the hell away from those with the next woman. Sorry to hear about you troubles....what you need to realize is that when men get over the age of 40, your libido and sperm count are going to decrease to a degree just due to age alone....now, you said you have been trying for a year and nothing, dont let that get you down because you have to realize that during that year, you have been hitting the juice....so, for starters, it is going to take a little longer for your boys(nuts) to bounce back....what you might consider is to get ahold of some clomid...that will help give them a jumpstart...if that doesnt work...check with the fertility doc.....or you may just tell the fertility doc the truth that you have been juicing and he will take the appropriate steps.
