But theyre not addicting like crack heroin, nubain, vics pot,xtasy all that junk cigarettes, alchohol etc. He is not gona get behind the wheel after taking a shot of test and kill someone because his judgement is impaired. Not everyone but some people wont have kids due to being on not guranteed.

It sounds like your bros "friends" are giving him ridiculous advice so they can make a ton of $$ of him by selling him the AS. You didn't specifically state that the people giving him cycle advise were the people selling to him, but it seems pretty obvious to me. The profit they are going to make off him alone is a nice chunk of change. I live on the east coast and have sadly seen a lot of young kids juiced to the gills, but I have never heard of a teenager using slin and GH. The GH is the high price - high profit margin item (among the others) they are really taking this kid on a ride for.
