Hello would like to know what your thoughts are on ideal testosterone levels for 40 y/o .
I have ran a few cycles and always pulled bloods before, mid, after .
I believe last time after I was in mid 400s if I recall correctly.
I know we are all different t and there is a lot to it than just the number .
With that being said I was thinking about trt dues to the Symptoms of low test .

I’m going to have bloods pulled but was curious what everyone thoughts here were . Thanks

I would say average is around 400ng, occasionally you get the rare bird who is still over 600 at that age but it's not most

You already know trt used to be cutoff at <300ng/dl, now they changed it to 240ng/dl. Won't be long before they move it to 50ng/ml.

If you feel good on T than you should be on it. After 35 it's usually all downhill. You're old enough to do whatever you want. Stock up UGL T and do it yourself, don't mess around with doctors telling you what to do. I'll never understand all this hassle about doctors. Get a PSA run, if it's normal, than do it.

And there is no true normal range for trt. They used to establish ranges based on healthy males that were fairly young, now they base ranges on everyone, from young to old, to fat, sedentary, to a grandpa in a coma in the nursing home. This is why the cutoff keeps getting lower and lower as if some 98 year old guy is really where we want to be in our 40's.
