If you’re hungry do you eat or stick to your calories?

Say I have a set calorie intake at 3500 for a bulk. I’m gaining weight. If you get hungry do you up the calories even if you hit your daily bulk calorie goal?

I’m starting mk677 today worried about the gremlin(hunger hormone) smacking me around. I get hungry extremely easy I never know if it’s because I’m under eating or it’s just how I am because I still am adding lbs on.
 
I’m at 3500 calories as well. It’s a lot of food for me, I spread it out and eat from 7am to about 10:30pm before bed. Maybe look into spreading your meals out more.

I’m typically not hungry, but if I was on cycle and still hungry after that - I’d eat, but make sure it wasn’t junk food. My go-to is egg white protein shake, with Greek yogurt mixed in and top it off with ready oats at night. Keeps my stomach full
 
I say on a bulk: go for it! As long as it is still clean. Why not take advantage of some extra nitrogen retention/ nutrient partitioning? To me that’s like waiting till you are thirsty before you drink anything.

Sounds sweet to me. Not gong to complain about an extra meal.

like I said before won’t argue. Didn’t want to add calories in if it was just a mind game. Trying to be as serious as possible with this diet! Cheers!
