i thought it would be interesting to hear what members do in event of injury? For example, I've had 6 surgeries between my knees and shoulder, so I'll never be the same haha. The lifts I did when I was 16-22 I can't pull off anymore. I also take some safety precautions as well and have fail safes for lifts in case something blows out.
Do you go lighter and focus on form? Do you maybe use machines for certain lifts instead of free weights? Just thought it'd be an interesting thread to start.
