I donno - they're food for conversation, and much more informed and constructive than most other (presumably) non-English posters.
As with any post, they should be critiqued and different experiences & opinions shared.

I know some are on a little more than you and eat twice as much as you stated. They also do SEO injections on a daily and PMMA, etc.

I have never done SEO or anything like that. Never will either. I just wanna be big without all that crap. Just the basics PED's, food and hard training.

I believe someone with a good diet and work ethic will beat out someone on double the gear, shit diet and crappy work ethic. You can take all the gear you want, when your in the gym 3 days a week socializing, playing on your phones and taking selfies for your social media you aint gonna get shit!

Mands I loled reading this. Just the basics, food PEDs and hard training. The fact is our world this is quite moderate. But to the ave person this sounds like: For breakfast I like, egss, bacon, milk and a fifth of whisky in the milk. Hahahah.

I have no idea what PMAA is. I will say I agree people can get quite muscular with less than I am taking. I'm pretty sure I could look as I do now with just test. Note I was originally a skinny guy natty at 180-195z now on I cut in in the 230-240. On a bulk I'll be around 260 with only test, deca and food. Cutting is when I add more. I do believe keeping protein higher than I am is the key. Right now my macros as a whole has everything down. My abs are making an appearance, but my size is suffering. I may make a post today of the progress I've made since Jan.

Seen this exact shit last night. I got in 3 going on 4th set before this dude even touched the weights again. If you go to the gym put down all that outside shit, stfu, and get to work. This isn't a beauty contest or social hour.

Easy way of summarizing it is:

Every high ranking pro is on high doses of gear, but not everyone on high doses of gear can be a high ranking pro.
 
It's convenient to say because I take the same amount of gear as so and so, I don't look like him, therefore he must be lying.

No one considers their diet, training, rest, and other aspects of their lives because it's a lot easier to just say "fuck it, he's lying" and carry on with your laziness.
