Aight here are a few questions for all those vets/meat heads/pros/any other chemist, doctor, or other IGF-1 Lr3 specialist.
First, I have heard not to take your doses prior to your work out, and of course I have heard to take it post work out. I have heard about an equal amount of opinions on which method to utilize. Well, damnit, what do all yall think? I was thinking of taking 30ius prior and then 30ius before bed. Also, I will shoot in the muscle group trained as I have heard of localized growth from IGF-1(however this may not be from the LR3 version of IGF1) You see, it was etiher this board or actually it may have very well been anabolicreview.com who posted an article citing specific studies on mice which DID FUCKING INDEED demonstrate localized muscle growth; the post went on to say that all those body builders with sub par clafs should pay attention to tha shit. Once again any thoughts please.........
Also, what types of juice are best incorporated with LR3? I was thinking of running 750mg of test. Go off a month, then take equi and tren with 80ius divided into two obviously. I weigh 168 and am 5`10. also, I am totally ripped(not sure on b/f of even if I have any, lol).
I need some fucking calvs and a little help[ every where else is always fun.
Any experienced Bros with LR3 e-mail me or just reply. I think I have a good source,but welcome others if possible.
