Allright, we all know by now that Long IFG-1 is the newest fad.
So, does any one here have any tangible resluts that they are willing to share?? For example, has any one taken it alone for an extended period of time. Or, has any one here taken it for an extended period of time in conjucntion wtih steroids. Also, what were the results primarily with regaurds to retention of gains. ALL stories will be HIGHLY appretiatied by all who participate in MESO's board.

first of all you need to be 100% in your source deliver!!!!!!

Whats second of all? ..I mean and then what bro? Do you have any feedbacks to give us on that matter? You know something, the fact there are no people boosting this shit makes me think of 2 things:
1) Its not such a wonderful drug some people (mostly sources) say it is
2) Most people just can't afford it, too expensive.
If it was such an amazing drug, THE new shit on the bodybuilding scene like i heard so many times, trust me ALOT MORE PEOPLE would talk about it. You'd hear people swearing by it. Not only that but bros would kill for that regardless of the price. I don't believe the hype no more! Many times i thought about including it in my cycle but now i'm hearing bros being completely disapointed with the results, anywhere i go bros i saying they expected better from such an expensive drug.. go figure -

I gained about 12 lbs. from Dec 1 to Jan 1. No juice, just LR3-IGF1. I ate bout 6-8 meals a day. I noticed the strength gains from day one. Did 30-40 mcgs. 2 hours before workout with 50 gram protein shake. Pumps were amazing. And had much better form, too. Been off it for 7 days now. Still noticed the pumps for 4 days after being off. Haven't lost any strength yet. Gonna start again Feb 1st with a very clean diet. In the summer when I do a cycle, I'll add LR3-IGF1.

I ran 40mcg/day w/a VERY light stack of 1-test cyp and 4-ad cyp and gained 8lbs in 25 days. Kept them all.

how much are you weighing these days?
I'm back up to 198 after losing 20lbs from a broken leg in April. I was at 182 in June. Sucked, and it's still hampering me from my gains, as the soreness and limited range of motion prevent me from doing squats the way I need to. Basically, I'm just now back up to where I was almost a year ago.

IGF Results

I've done about 3mg over two months with a mild dose of sus (250mg/wk). Results of all were very mild. I think the stuff works, but you'd probably get more off one tab of 50mg winstrol over the same time period. No doubt it does work, but IMO, not worth it unless money is not a factor. Even GroPep is not selling it the way they first thought it was going to go, like hotcakes or something. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the original Parabolin, I'd rate IGF a solid 6. Now, whether or not the gains are different or more permanent than old juice, I just don't know. If we are truly talking about additional satellite cells being incorporated into muscle, then though the results may seem mild at first, you are changing your whole potential in the long run. Again, just too early to tell on this one.

Thats exactly what i think... I know i won't be using it. Don't think its worth it especially when you look at how much it cost and it doesn't even do anything aas cannot do!

Hyperplasia is something that AAS cannot do. I mean, yes the new belief is that test can induce hyperplasia, but I don't believe that. I don't see it happen.

IGF is best if run with AAS, for sure. Check www.musclechemistry.com for some good IGF info.

I'll be doing a mg or two in the coming months in addition to a few different goodies to help size and strength. I think we're about the same size, so I'll let you know how things turn out from my end.
Good luck with the rehab...some times those SOB injuries linger. Have faith though, bruthah.
Stay safe-

Have you guys read Dave Paumbo's comment on IGF in the current MD? He "suggests" much lower doses, post workout.

The post workout part makes sense...but the doses he is recommending are way low.

I was thinking about trying it out this spring. Still not 100% convinced if it is worth it or not. Waiting for good guys like yourselves to give good honest opinions:)

And by looking at Palumbo, it looks like he knows the best dosages, huh? Damn, he's got the GH monkey face from HELL. But I'll check it out, since he's a big 'ol MF'er.
