IGF-1 LR3 Procedure

So I'm planning on doing a 25 day cycle of IGF-1 LR3 at 80mcg a day (in morning/after training) bi-laterally injected into muscle group worked (40mcg each side)

However after reading around I realize the procedure for use is quite complex.

I've laid out the procedure to the best of my knowledge below. Please correct me if I make any mistakes.

You need:
- 2 vials of IGF-1 LR3 (Lyophilized) 1mg
- 1 vial of Sterile Water 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol 10ml
- 60 Syringe with needle: .5 cc 29G X 0.5" (25 day cycle, 2 syringes per day, 10 extra to be safe)
- Alcohol Swabs
(all available from www.cem-meso.com/)

Reconstituting IGF-1 LR3:
1. Disinfect IGF-1 vial with alcohol swab
2. Disinfect Sterile Water vial with alcohol swab
3. Using .5 cc syringe, fill with .5mL of Sterile Water and empty into IGF-1 vial (do this twice for total of 1.0mL of Sterile Water)
4. Gently swirl solution to mix

This should yield 1mg/mL of IGF-1 (or 1,000mcg/mL)

(QUESTION: How do you store the vial once mixed? Does it need to be refrigerated?)

Using IGF-1 LR3: (post workout, injected bi-laterally into muscle group trained)
1. Wash hands
2. Disinfect IGF-1 vial (now a solution with Sterile Water added) with alcohol swab
3. Disinfect injection site
4. Fill syringe with 40mcg of IGF-1 solution
(QUESTION: How many cc is that?)
5. Point needle up and flick gently to get bubbles to rise
6. Slowly expel air
7. Insert syringe
(QUESTION: How deep do you insert needle?)
8. Aspirate: pull slightly up on plunger
- If you see blood, remove needle
- If you DON'T see blood, commence with injection
9. Discard syringe
10. Repeat on bi-lateral side

Once again, please correct me if I have made any mistakes. Thanks!

(QUESTION: How many cc is that?) - If you have a 1mg vial (1000mcgs) you will add 2ml of bacteriostatic water to the vial. So, 1cc will be 500mcgs. On an insulin syringe, that is 50mcgs per 10iu/units. Use 50mcgs per shot to make this easier.

(QUESTION: How deep do you insert needle?) Use a 30g 1/2 inch needle, bury the needle into the muscle

(QUESTION: How do you store the vial once mixed? Does it need to be refrigerated?) Yes, in the fridge

You're going to want some 1 or 3cc syringes to fill the vials, it's faster and easier. This really isn't too complicated, and is really basic math when you realize 1mg = 1000mcgs... The dosage is solely dependent on how much you've diluted the powder.
