IGF1-LR3 Leads To Liver Cancer / Growth Hormone Leads To Diabetes / Humalog Usage

They should have a reality tv show about Milos, his tolerance for risky bodybuilding drug practices and all the competitive bodybuilders who have followed his advice.

Milos is like a book of knowledge. With his amount of knowledge and all the bodybuilders he trained...many who placed top 5 in the Olympia its kind of hard to discredit a lot of the things he says.

He said that a pro that he knows got liver cancer directly from prolonged usage of IGF1 and the doctors made a direct link to that as the cause.

Then get the case study publication link. It would be a reportable case. FWIW: There continues to be a great interest in cancer & peptides within the research area.

In view of the lifelong exposure and large patient populations involved, insulin analogs with an increased mitogenic effect in comparison to human insulin may potentially constitute a major health problem, since these analogs may possibly induce the growth of pre-existing neoplasms.

At present, the available data suggest that insulin analogs are safe. In line with these findings, we observed that serum of diabetic patients treated with insulin analogs, compared to that of diabetic patients treated with human insulin, did not induce an increased phosphorylation of tyrosine residues of the insulin-like growth factor-I receptor (IGF-IR).

However, the classical model of the IGF-IR signaling may be insufficient to explain (all) mitogenic effects of insulin analogs since also non-canonical signaling pathways of the IGF-IR may play a major role in this respect. Although phosphorylation of tyrosine residues of the IGF-IR is generally considered to be the initial activation step within the intracellular IGF-IR signaling pathway, it has been found that cells undergo a signaling switch under hyperglycemic conditions.

After this switch, a completely different mechanism is utilized to activate the mitogenic (mitogen-activated protein kinase) pathways of the IGF-IR that is independent from tyrosine phosphorylation of the IGF-IR. At present it is unknown whether activation of this alternative intracellular pathway of the IGF-IR occurs during hyperglycemia in vivo and whether it is stronger in patients treated with (some) insulin analogs than in patients treated with human insulin.

In addition, it is unknown whether the insulin receptors (IRs) also undergo a signaling switch during hyperglycemia. This should be investigated in future studies. Finally, relative overexpression of IR isoform A (IR-A) in (pre) cancer tissues may play a key role in the development and progression of human cancers during treatment with insulin (analogs).

Further studies are required to unravel whether the IR-A is involved in the development of cancers and whether, in this respect (some) insulin analogs differ from human insulin.

I'd like to know the name of the IFBB pro bodybuilder with liver cancer too. This type of thing isn't usually kept a secret long within bodybuilding circles. Of course, even Milos should know that an n=1 with a doctor's "opinion" doesn't necessarily make it true.

Milos's ability to help competitive bodybuilders achieve the on-stage condition to win trophies is one thing. But I think his willingness to engage/recommend quite risky practices himself and his clients is another that few would dispute.

Thats true. However your not going to be an IFBB pro on 500mg of test and 300mg of tren. lol. I think you would agree that stepping up to that level requires "quite risky practices".

Doc I wouldn't know where to find the study. I know he said something to the effect that the pro who got it was someone who he prepared a few years ago. He said he told him to stop using it cause yes it does work but its very dangerous and there is no need to use it because insulin and growth hormone are enough to created the needed hypertrophy.

Actually it is nothing new that IGF has the greatest tendency to lead to cancer, and it isn't just liver cancer. Ive read numerous things when researching on HGH before i began it and it all pointed towards IGF use and cancer relationship.

Also read correlation with injection site for IGF. Where reportedly greater cancer cases gave rise to abdominal injection.

Hey dper I wonder what the direct correlation is between the two. He sort of explained it but its hard to catch everything because of his strong accent.

Read it a while back ago, I mean the science is there to back up the claims. But as in everything, nothing is punctual until organism after organism after organism experiences the same issue which is why it's still under "research". But Igf has shown very strong ties in promoting directly malignant cancerous cells and impacting everything in the body in general and not just the liver. The two just match well.
