Just brewed my crack-rock Deca. It crystalized within the bottle, so I sawed it out of the bottle it was in lol... weighed it on the scale: 10 grams

However, my dumbass threw 1ml of BA, instead of .5 like I was supposed to

I put:

1ml BA
10m BB
10g Deca crack rock
But I only put 29ml of MCT to make up for the mistake

Should have been 50ml total product, but the brew came out a total of 48.5ml I did lose some oil transferring to vials (like on fingers), but certainly not 1.5mls! Then again, I could be wrong about that.

I also used 5 different filters as I filtered each 10mls into their own syringes...not sure if that may lose product as well.

Learning from previous mistake of trusting media-vial markings, I used syringes to pull out the oil so I could measure how much brew I actually ended up with, and put every 10ml into 5 different 10-ml vials. During that some oil would come out of the syringe, as I tried to make it an even 10ml in the syringe. So I may have lost that 1.5, but that's a lot so I'm doubting it.

Either way, I certainly didn't fuck this up as bad as my Cyp brew.

You lose oil in the filters that is where your loss went..and your ba is double.. so 4% ish.. the gear is fine.. not ruined. She may sting a little with the higher ba.. maybe.. and if it does I would guess it won't sting for long..I've done experiments woth 35-40%bb that stung for an hour.. then nothing..
Your learning.. the hard way.. but not terrible..

Well that was smart.. I used to do that back when I filter.. still keep some incase inwanna experiment with something.. I'll be honest I don't think I have ever had a brew come out exact with total ml at the end.. I would say 2ml loss is norm.. just what sticks to the beaker and you lose some swapping from drawing needle to syringe filter.. I always said you gotta lose some for the gear gods lol

Next time I will just put all of it in one vial instead of separate to reduce losse between filtering

You can do separate vials.. bit only use 1 filter.. I use a high quality mct ba bb my belief is tje more sterile and clean tje ingredients the better end product.. mostly my filters last longer..
You should get 50-60 ml of total oil through 1 syringe filter.. and that will definitely help woth loss .. but I honestly would stress a couple MLS loss.. that's pretty common/normal
