im back

wow, that is awesome you are back. hope you can stick around and post some. Training section on the new board is much more lively. Freddy has been able to keep us informed on you via 3rd person but it is nice hearing advice straight from yourself. Take care

Welcome back, JS!

Hopefully you will have a little time here and there to stop in and help us all out.

Awww yeah...you lucky fuckers.

JS has a lot on his plate as of late...you better get your questions in NOW. Hehe, welcome back, buddy...good to have you dishing out the advice personally rather than having me rehashing it.

Welcome back-your a legend around here. I've been on meso for 3-4 years, but don't post that often. I understand you can give me some input on the 5x5 workout program. I've been training for about 26 years and have gotten quite stale in my approach. If there's any websites or former posts I could look up, if it can be summerized here that would be much appreciated. Thanx again, and I'm glad your back. Greg B.

No one here has forgotten you... I heard you put my friend through the toughest leg workout of his life...lol...

What did you think of Dave? That kid is unreal isn't he? I've been able to lift with him a couple of times in the last year, and he always impresses the hell out of me!
With someone like you in his corner I bet nothing could stop him!!!

Welcome back Obi-Wan :) LoL.

Seriously, really good to have you lurking on Meso again, Ive enjoyed reading your info here and elsewhere and look forward to learning more.

Cheers,

Gavin.

Hey john,

Thanks again for the training session this weekend. I'm still sore as hell 3 days later, and I even pulled the sled a bunch last night to try and get some blood pumped into my muscles.

Glad you're back here online too.

Matt
