I'm thinking of running a cycle for mass. This will be my first cycle, and I'd like to hear what this would do to my body. I've taken this from Pheezer's faq, because I think that this would be a good first cycle.
My stats are: 6.0 feet, 190 pounds, around 15% bf.
I've been lifting for 6 years or so, but not all the time for mass.

Here's the cycle + recovery:

Week 1-8: 500mg Sustanon
250mg per injection. Alternate Glutes.

HCG: 1000IUs For Ten days. Starting one day after last injection.
Clomid: Starting on the last day of The HCG.
Day 1: 150mg
Day 2-8: 100mg ED
Day 9-16: 50mg ED
Day 17-24: 50mg EOD
NOLVADEX: 20mg ED Starting and Ending on the same day As the HCG.

So do you guys think that I would benefit from this cycle considering my stats? I'm hoping for a good result, this being my first cycle and all :)

If you want real mass throw in 300 mg of deca for the first 6 weeks and 25 mg of D-bol for the first 4 weeks and eat non stop.
 
sustanon will give you gains at 500mg/wk but to make the most out of sust you should use at least 750mg/wk. you'll do just fine on 4-500mg/wk test enan or cyp for your first cycle.
 
I've heard both good and bad things about using deca on your first cycle. I'm not really afraid of overdoing anything, I'm just interested in getting the most out of the safest drugs. I'd really hate being sterile ;)
 
FOr your first cycle you will grow nicely off of That cycle. You can also try running Test Cyp or Test Enan instead of Sust. I recently ran my first cycle and Did 500mg Test E and 400mg of EQ and loved it! I started it with dbol as well but it fucked up my back soo damn bad i had to stop them. I also ran mine for 12 weeks but if you decicde to run a longer ester such as Cyp or Enan then you should try and run some Dbol in there for the first few weeks to jump start things intill the Test kicks in. Otherwise a straight up Sust cycle will do fine and no need for the dbol cause the Sust has the shorter acting esters in it. Just my opinion bro and i hope this helps some
 
Do like they say and take the Deca along with the Sus. Eight weeks of just the sus will make you to bloated plus you will be running around with a hard on all day.
 
I've read alot of giberish in this post.... most of it not worth listening too...anyway.. I think you should look more toward your training than using steroids.. but if you have to do a cycle (I honestly think you'd benefit more from a good program than juice) ALL the cycles I laid out in my FAQ have been tried and proven.. .they will all work for you..
 
How many times do we have to go over this.. Sustanon acts like a single ester in the body.... Geeeshh.. I'm not posting the research to prove it anymore...search for it or don't ..

Anyway... You can use Enanthate too..Test is test..it doesn't matter..Enanthate or sust..or cyp..or decanonate.. it will come out even in the wash..it won't matter....BECAUSE....TEST is TEST.. and if you think that little 50mg of prop's 1-3 day half life per injection will make or break your cycle your wrong...

I'm out of this one..do what you will ..the info is there..

Yeah do what Grumpy, I mean Phreezer said. I'm not saying anything negative about using sus or that he shouldn't I was just giving the guy a link so he would be more informed. Thats it nothing more....Peace....Vegas
 
HCG is great but 1000 IU's for 10 straight days is a lot. You may want to cut back to 500 IU's per day.

i would definately not do deca especially not for 6 weeks, as far as the sust, i would do 500 a week for ten weeks. another thing is dont start the clomid until at least 14 days after your last shot of sust and run it in a 300-day1, 100-day2-12, 50 until you run out of clomid. oh yeah btw i wouldnt be taking at cycle at your current stats, but if i did i would do test only the ester doesnt matter much IMO
 
Thank you for the replies. My diet and training has been very good for a long time now, and I've grown a lot since I stopped doing sports (where I wasn't allowed to grow that much).
And Pheezer, you could be right about me not being ready, but I think that the reason for that lies in the fact that I'm not 200 pounds yet - not because my training sucks (which it dosen't).

What I really wanted to do with my cycle was gaining the last pound (about 20 so I'd be 210), because then I've sort of reached my goal.

I think your on the right track, phreezer's got good info in FAQ section, read as much as you can on this board and buy Anabolics 2004. THe key is education. I researched and read for over a year before I did my first cycle. I did deca 300 mg week, 750 sust ( weeks 1-8 ) and 30 mg dbol ( weeks 1-4) for my first cycle. Currently in PCT and everything is working out fine. Gain 25 lbs strength went through the roof, I gotta go out and buy new clothes now. Get ready for the questions though everybody gonna be asking what are you doing to get so big.

Hope everthing works out for you education and research is the key, devolpe a plan for the cycle and PCT and stay with it, more isn't always better.

Phreez is right, you're not ready. At 6', 190 and 15% BF, you say your training doesn't suck, then what is the problem? Because you could easily be 20 pounds heavier naturally, in the next 3 months. Whatever the problem is, should be fixed before you start your cycle. If the problem is you've plateaued in your growth, then eat more. Because if you're not growing now, with your stats, getting on the juice now won't do you much good.

Yeah, I guess you guys are right. Maybe I should just keep on training natural for a little longer. I'm still definitely going to juice at some point, but maybe this isn't the right time.

My workout is going really well, and I'm gaining weight at a steady base. But my only problem is that I'm gaining a lot of fat while bulking, and then I have to cut pretty bad afterwards. I really don't know what the problem is, because I feel that both my diet and workout is great.
 
Check out the training forum. There are a bunch of very knowledgeable guys that post and help out there. Also, read the Tribute to John Smith sticky at the top of the training section.

Start a new thread there and post up what your current training looks like.

Yes, yes there is an awful lot of gibberish, isn't there.
