I’m glad to be here excited about all the information this site has. I’m 43 male been working out off and on for the last 10 years. 6 months ago I made the choice to get serious about my health, and size I’m a contractor and my job can be very physically demanding and I want to be able to perform at a hi level and look good doing it. My goal is to be my best self and to be physically able to perform at the highest levels possible even when I get up in age.
