Impact of Primobolan on blood tests

It seems pretty variable. It definitely lowers my E2, but I seem to need more than most. I need almost double primo relative to test to keep my e2 down. In contrast, I need maybe 3:4 eq:test to achieve the same e2. I see others with the opposite results, etc.

That’s weird, any chance you got the sensitive E2 test where it shows your E2 while running 1:2 test/primo?

IT didnt affect my kidney or liver function either.


it would be atypical. he may think you might be taking something like aromasin or armidex.

have you thought about running a steroid with a half life of 3 days for 8-10 weeks? IT would give you time to clear it out.

Primobolan at 200mg with 300 test had a dramatic effect on my HDL. I stopped using it after seeing my blood assay.

without any AI, e2 was a fine symptom wise but a bit high for a male (e2 around 42).

Everything else was good besides these two outliers.

Imo 2:1 can work, but only if it's a high test number. Definitely not 200 test / 400 primo ... But a 500 / 1000 I could see working maybe? Anyway, what were your dosages exactly?

This is starting to be my working hypothesis, that 2:1 works better in higher dosages. I still seem to only be able to have primo as a mild AI though, at least compared to EQ.

That was on 300/600 test: primo give or take if I recall correctly. I’m at lower numbers now at the same ratio and am pretty low E2 as indicated by early bloodwork and now symptoms.

At least for me I need closer to 1:1 test/primo at lower doses and closer to 1:2 as the doses push upwards. Dunno, I’m still trying to fine tune those numbers. Right now I’m almost still low though because my libido is meh and I’m tired a lot lol

Yeah, makes sense, as the amount of aromatization will eventually surpass primo's Ai properties. So really, probably only small test dosages are problematic and also, if you don't use hcg, which contributes heavily towards e2 numbers ...

1st Cycle. Test/HGH/Primo +possible var? Then return to TRT. 16-20 week cycle

I know I will get heat for running multiple substances but I am ok with my decision. I am open for input and whats done and initated. I will keep this as a log to see how my body reacts, responds, any mood swings. My wife is in full support of this and knows I am doing my research to minimize...

SHBG would be way down, in the single digits.

If you are using hcg it would be less effective and thus progesterone and dhea would be lower.

Why will hcg be less effective if i can ask?

Cut my E2 down by 75% and didnt touch my hematocrit. Blood pressure is better than when I was on NPP. Alos, My SHBG went from 22 to 11 while on Primo.

400 mg of primo a week? Am I the only one who believes that the dosage is unnecessarily high?
