Just thought I should post some of the positive effects training with Chains have brought me.
I've been using them for almost every workout I do and have seen some great gains. So I did a couple of one rep Maxes today to see where I'm at and how much I have improved.
Flat Barbell Bench- Before @ 325
now @350 a nice 25 LB gain.
Deadlift- 495 now @ 530
ATG Squats- 335 now @ 385
My deadlift may be a little skewed because I do have some back rounding But I'm slowly fixing that.
And my squat does have minimal Butt wink. So I'll be training with lower weight to fix my form issues.
But as of now I feel pretty damn good about these new maxes.
I also have been dosing 1 g elemental magnesium and 90 mg Zinc. Dont know if these have any effects on my gains but I feel like it might be helping me a bit.
