Importance of Proviron

I couldnt help but ask,

How important is adding Proviron to a cycle - My cycle is basically Tren A + Test P.
Im 29 6' Tall and 210 lb. I want to get down to a very lean and dense 190.

Like alot of folks around money is tight and Im trying to make every dollar count and I
just wanted to know if it makes a big enough impact to be worth 50-60 bux.

Any thoughts would be great

At 6' tall, 210 lb is lean and dense (unless you aim to be a clothing model).

Each to his own, however.

In answer to your question, proviron will add nothing to help you reach your goal.

I guess I feel better about myself now...haha I just have a BF % around 17.... Thx tho I am gunna just stick with what I have
 
And come to think of it that probably is unrealistic to go from 210 to 190 on this cycle.... I'll prolly end up at 215 minus the fat plus muscle
 
Proviron is best used at at least 100mg/day if you were to use it, and it wont benefit you much at all if your starting your cycle at 17% bf. It's main purpose is to harden you up but its sort of like masteron, wont do much if the bodyfat isn't low already. Other guys I know like to use it coming off a cycle to help prevent a crash and keep libido elevated. For yourself, waste of money. Good luck with your cycle

It is not unrealistic losing 20 pounds of fat on a cycle. It depends on your DIET and how you are exercising. First of all I should say that you should cut down on your BF before your cycle. Secondly, you will want to focus on one thing at a time. Your idea of the fat melting while the muscles growing at the same time won't happen! Bulk the first 6 weeks and finish with a drastic 2 week cut. I have never used Clen but would it be recommended to add Clen for the last 2 weeks of his cycle to aid in cutting??
 
Yeah my primary goal is to cut. My plan was to just add concentrex winny for the last 6 weeks...and if I really must T3.....

The diet will be more important than the compounds. How many calories are you planning on consuming and from what sources?
 
I would not use clen bro, that shit is terrible for your heart. I would consider a mild OTC like dandelion root and just stay hard on your diet

x2 on this advice. You have to accept the fact you will lose some degree of strength, the guys who yo-yo around because they cannot deal with a strength loss never usually get far with getting into very low bf%. Look at the professional guys, every single one of those guys is weaker than water on contest day. Have you ever seen their videos when they get within a few wks of a competition? They are benching with 135 lbs, thats right!! A 275 lb guy using 135 on the bench

I didn't realize you were in that bad of shape, Melarkin. You need to lose that BF; however, contrary to many opinions, you can build muscle while losing fat. I've done it many times. I meant an in-shape guy of 6' running roids should expect to be 210 lbs of solid muscle.

Diet & cardio are very important here. And, for chrissakes, lift HARD.
