IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!!:When to begin AAS

I know that you shouldn't start AAS until you stop growing, but how do you know when this is? You can't really judge by age b/c we're all so different. Is it after you've stopped growing in height? Is it after you stop seeing any significant growth from natural supplementation? I am 19 years old and, at 6'1" 210lbs., haven't grown in height for a couple years and have not seen any significant increase in size from using natural supplements like whey, glutamine, etc. Am I ready (physically) for my first cycle? If not, how can I continue to put on muscle mass?

Thanks.

Whats your training program look like? How bout your eating?

Currently I just eat as much protein as possible and pretty much watever else i want. I take one post workout whey shake with water and 3mg of glutamine. I was taking creatine for awhile and would be about time for me to reload on that. That's about it . . . on and off for the past few years. Minimal gains make it hard for me to stay on track for more than a year at a time. I NEED quicker, more significant results. Can you help me out?

For a workout I usually go like this:

Day1: Chest, Abs
Day2:Biceps,Triceps,Forearms
Day3:Shoulders+Back,Abs
Day4:Legs
Day5:REST
Then repeat . . . any good?please help . . .lol

It really depends on the exercise, but for chest I usually do more weight and less reps. Usually 3 sets with reps at 6-8 first set/then 4-6/then 3-4 for chest. All other muscles I usually try to get at least 8 for my first set and then 6-8, then 4-6. Is this bad?

IMO, you workout too much. 4 on/1 off is too much for most people. I prefer 3-4 days a week. Also, arms dont need their own workout.

Check out the training forum and read the Tribute to JohnSmith thread. Its at the very top.

dude i really respect that you came on here and asked that question it shows alot that your willing to learn and listen and that will help you get farther than most, you have a big frame and alot to fill out i played ball and was forced too take the shit i wish i had waited .. thats the sentence you hear guys say the most cause they never had a base to build on... your training could use some work,, and at your age you should be eating whatever you can fit in your mouth bro just try to keep it moderatkly clean and youll be fine, i think you will be very happy if you wait till you get too about 225-30lbs which youll probably be 20 or 21 by the time that happens perfect, and just save your money, cause if your not taking the basics like creatine, glutamine, protein powders by the time your 21 then you should not use steroids, just try to outline daily plans and dont drink that much and youll be fine
any questions on anyhting else such as training and diet advice pm me
for know your on the right track by doing this research and everything just dont get sidetracked
