I first like to introduce myself:
22 y/o male
103kg / 227lbs

I started training 7 years ago and using steroids since i was 19 (i know too early)

I did my first bodybuilding show 2 years ago and got 2th in juniors -90kg and 3th in open.

I am in week 8 of my current bulking blast:
Week 1-4: 500 test/300bold/250tren
Week 4-7: 750 test/400 bold (dropped tren becouse of terrible sides)
Now: 1000 test 300 bold (upped the test, lowered bold becouse of low e2.

There a lots of heart issues in my family, so i take my health very serious (i know taking no roids would be better)

While i am on cycle i take:
- 80mg telmisartan (protection against lvh)
- 5mg nebivolol (keeping hr down)
- 5mg rovustatin (keeping ldl low)

Last check my bloodwork was perfect, an ldl of 1,2mmol and hdl of 1,6mmol.

My father has LVH so i checked my heart with an echo and i dont got any lvh.

There is one thing i want to add to my health stack but i am not sure, so thats why i made this post:

I hold loads of water when on cycle and higher kcals, so much that i have crippling shin splints and lower back pumps 24/7. When i lower the kcals i lose 5kg in a few days, but when i up it slowly i regain all water. (I eat 90% clean)

I watched chase irons video where he shows al the health sups and meds he takes to stay healthy on high amounts of gear and he said that he takes Hydrochlorothiazide to avoid holding too much water and protect the kidneys.

Becouse i take telmisartan that hold potasium i cant take most diuretics becouse they hold potasium too, but hctz is one of the only ones that lowers potasium. Lots of brands sell telmisartan mixed woth hctz (80/25)

Would taling hctz ar 12,5 of 25mg be a smart thing for me to get rid of water while keeping kcals high to keep gaining muscle, or would it be dangerous or not productive?

Hctz fuck up your insulin sensitivity and increase insulin resistance.

Check Indapamide instead
Diuretics don't protect your kidney tho lol

Hi brother nice presentation,

Maybe your back pain 24/7 it's because you take diuretics? I don't know if you had tey to stop it and see if any improvement,
Maybe you have bad diet or need to take supplements like magnesium and taurine
For the water retention how many liters or gallons do you drink per day ? Any cardio ? What type of cardio ?

Back pain is a known side effect of telmisartan and it's incident rate is kinda high at 80mg. Just saying.

I dont yet take any diuretics.

I drink 5L water a day, eat 90% clean 10% free. And do 15 min cardio on traininf days

Drink more water you have 102kg body weight 5L is too low up progressively to 8L and see if it's improve, reduce the salt intake if any and try the magnesium taurine supplement and if not some potassium or eat some bananas to see

What's your BP without the Telmisartan and with? That's a pretty stiff dose.

How often do you measure E2? What was it last time you checked?

LDL and HDL are good.

N-Acetyl-L-cysteine ethyl ester (NACET) at 1.5g, twice a day (so 3g a day, and homebrew it, because intramuscular has a much higher bio-availability)

30 mins of LISS cardio a day

Clean diet ofc (with a multi-vitamins)

4-5L of water a day (excluding the water you drink during your workouts)

limit sodium to 5-7g a day

not exhaustive, but already a big improvement if you do all of that.

Clean diet, hydration, a multi and solid sleep hygiene for starters.

Supps I currently take in addition are fish oil, Omega 3-6-9, NAC, Glucosamine, KTG and injectable glutathione
