In a jam. Cant continue my cycle due to CP Strike

Im cruising on test prop but my guy in Waterloo isnt getting his shipment still, ive been off for 3 weeks now. Is there any legit sites to get Oxygen test prop? I found one through google but not sure if its legit. Any help through pm/ or posting here if allowed is appreciated!
