Incorporating Time Under Tension

Just a brief history before the question. 4 weeks since cycle and still on PCT. During cycle was concentrating mainly on strength gains doing 3-4 exercises mainly within the 3-5 rep range by 3-4 sets. After last shot I changed my routine to 4 sets of 10-12 reps by four different exercises (changing exercises when I stall in weight) and it's amazing how much harder it is and the pumps you get are awesome. There are three main reasons I changed it up.
1. Left elbow is giving me grief so the higher rep/lighter weight range should help with the healing.
2. Trying to hold on to as much gains as I can so trying to shock the muscles into holding or even gaining while going through PCT.
3. May sound a little odd but psychological. I dropped my weight back and are adding a little each time so appears you are getting stronger even though it's probably only adaption to the change.
Anyway after PCT is finished (another 2 weeks) I'm looking at adding TUT to my routine. I was thinking about 5-6sec reps for around the 50sec range and doing either one or two exercises of the four as TUT. Just after opinions or ideas of how I should do it and whether they should be done as the first exercises, last or alternatively between normal sets? Any opinions or ideas will be appreciated.

To me tut has a very broad range of uses. Heres an article more up your alley.
