What are the aas that help increase endurance, if so the
cheapest form. Also any supplements in stores u can
purchase to help endurance; in a sport.

um, i'm pretty sure that there aren't any AAS that help with endurance. besides, correct me if i'm wrong, you sound like a high school kid that wants to do better in track and field or something...

anyways, like i said, there aren't any AAS for endurance, and the only thing that will help with endurance is something called EPO (or something like that). basically it just increases red blood cell count. i think it's something that a lot of top athletes use. however, its dangerous to use and its expensive as fuck.

as far as getting stuff from GNC goes, don't waste your money or your time. they might have some stuff that might help you a little, but nothing beats hard training.

if you really wanna just buy something for the hell of it, look into NO2. personally, i think its hyped up bullshit, but i've heard that guys get decent results from it. if anything, just take creatine or something cheap like that for the placebo effect.

Thanks bro,
What about ginseng or glutamine?

correct me if im wrong, but doesnt EQ increase red blood cell count?? although, i think you have to be on it for a while before you get that effect.

EQ. after I'm on for a while I can go 60min on a stairclimber and not even breathe hard. Love EQ..............11

actually, i think most, if not all, AAS increase red blood cell count to a certain extent, its just that EQ's effect is more prominent. i think i read that in Anabolics 2k4

my hypothesis: since mwell wants to use it for "sports", the AAS might lead to unwanted mass (muscle and fat and water) gains that will hinder his speed and such. i'm not an expert or anything, but this sorta makes sense to me...

EQ for sure helps with endurance and don't forget about caffeine.

I would also say EQ... and since it doesn't aromatize too much, water and fat gain won't be a problem.

I would use at least 600mg/week though. IMO, any less isn't going to produce much results.

the glutamine will help with recovery time but I am not sure about endurance. My doctor says that Creatine can help but he is not going to win any medals anytime soon for anything if ya know what I'm sayin.

High reps with good form will help your endurance. Do sets of 20 and feel the burn. take glutamine for soreness. Also swimming laps at your local pool will really help your endurance whatever the sport.

And if you are totally crazy and you really want endurance go play Rugby for a men's rugby club or start bucking hay bales for a hay company.

Read this article: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=20965

Summary: all AAS increase red blood cell count, and the stronger the anabolic, the greater the red blood cell increase. The author then claims that EQ is nothing special depsite the popular view. And perhaps more importantly, there has been no definitive evidence showing that ASS improves aerobic performance in practice.

I would be curious if anyone else has other research to contradict this article. Or if they know endurance atheletes who claim that ASS improves endurance due to red blood cell increase. Thus far, I've met a lot of endurance athelets who use steroids, but the consensus thus far is that muscle recovery and muscle strength is improved, not boost along the lines of EPO.

Or does anyone have access to real research on EQ, perhaps from the vetinary field?
