No offense intended, but you're pretty damn big and running a lot of gear for being over 50.
No offense bud. It's a struggle with knowing that being lighter is better health wise. But I monitor my health very closely. This cut is the first step to see how I mentally handle being a little smaller.
I've actually changed things up a lot in the last few years. I give my body longer breaks more often. Before, when a little younger I barely ever dropped to an actual trt. Instead I would just cruise for a few months on 400-600mg test.
I was really surprised to see that I can maintain most of my gains with just 140mg test for 8-10weeks without much loss at all.
It's a process, more mental then anything else. I just feel good being big. Some day I'm hoping to be happy with a ripped 225lbs.
I've had a good amount of tests done to see if I've fucked up my heart. No enlargement and everything is within range for my age. Blood pressure is a big one also. I monitor this daily. Blood work no less then every 6 months.
Just got Blood work back a few days ago. Everything looks good and cholesterol is in normal range which kinda shocked me. Adding hcg to my cycles seems to help keep cholesterol low.
Also I don't do heavy lifts anymore. I lift with intensity. No more injuries needed, I'm too old for that. Thankfully I respond very well to this type of training. I don't need to get bigger just maintain what I've already built.
