I was trying to do some research on CLA.
But it's a too short word for the search-engines (gotta have four letters!).
Anyways, can you help me out and point me to informative posts taling about it.
My main questions are:
Is it that good for maintaining your muscle-gains?
If yes, what's the sufficient mg-amount that needs to be taken on a daily base?
Which brand is the best, cause I heard once that CLA is always CLA, supposedely there is some kind of grade or something you have to look out for when choosing it!
