That’s certainly aggressive. I give you credit for 1500 cal a day at 207. I didn’t go thru and pull out the macros. Just make sure that you are getting enough protein. If you are feeling good then no reason to fuck with it. Congratulations on the weight loss. You sound very motivated!my meals are almost the same everyday. breakfast half cup of oats with cinnamon or 3 tbls of pb2. Lunch 8oz of 93% lean ground beef 1cup of rice
Dinner 9oz top sirloin 1 medium potato or 1 cup rice with broccoli . Im averaging 1500 cal a day. I feel great even thou my cal is low
Thanks bro. I'm not a beginner I compted yrs ago also took other compounds but never took Anadrol. I found later as I got older that bb is a waste of time for all the effort to reward is not worth it. My diet is pretty aggressive and thank you for the compliment. With only 1500 calories a day it's hard to get above 140 grams of protein my fats are between 32 to 45 grams a day but carbs are 130 but again I feel great. It’s possible to Recomp but as a beginner, you are going to continue to make strength and muscle gains regardless of what you do. Just get on a beginner program and make progress each time you’re in the gym. Going from doing nothing to doing something puts on muscle so save the anadrol. Orals are fucking horrible anyway (whether taken orally or IM).
Consider posting a training log. It’ll keep you accountable, allow guys to give you free advice and motivate the next guy.

And look up a peptide calculator before you fuck useless with ur glp1i haven't seen or heard of anyone measuring it in iu's. It makes me think you need to get some more knowledge just to be safe before using these compounds. Hold up your 5.5 207 now want to lose 40 pounds and on 400mg of test a week. I personally don't think you need that much for your size man how old are you? I doubled up on the test because I felt that I could handle it and possibly put more muscle on to decrease fat composition I also took 1 mg of Arimidex per week in case I got any upper level estrogen because I tend to pick up a lot of water retentionWhy?

45 so yeah stay on 250 year round if your heath allows it blood work bp and your heat looks good and if training and diet are right you should be able to drop that fluff and grow slightly over months and you could probably eat like 1800 2000 cal a day if your doing what ur saying train hard 20 set per muscle group a week and keeping your hr to 120 130 30mins a day and weigh and track every gram you put in your face hole including fish oil from vitaminsNo my muscle mass is definitely there
