So now take into consideration that glutathione is very small and it's also only 3 amino acids. More specifically it's only 307 daltons. So if you look above to what I pasted, you now know that it's not even 1 kDa.
This means that regardless on whether you're injecting it IM or SubQ, it's going to mostly be rapidly absorbed by the capillaries in your body. This actually goes for most peptides but it's
even more so with glutathione because of how small it is. In other words, the difference in absorption is going to be minuscule.
Will it be absorbed faster IM? Sure, but it's really not a big difference (with glutathione that is).
