Wanted to ask the experts here if injecting any given compound increases its biological half life as opposed to taking it orally??

I am referring to any compound not just steroids.

I am referring to any compound not just steroids.

It depends
for oral administration, it takes about 3-6 hours for complete absorption

for IM injection it depends if the substance injected is able to form a slow-release depot in the muscle.
It usually happends for oily steroid injections.

But for water-based IM injections, it often hits the blood faster than oral formulations
i.e.
[Pharmacokinetics and biological availability of diclofenac preparations following intramuscular injection of 75 mg and oral administration of 150 ... - PubMed - NCBI

So it entirely depends on the substance and the formulation used.
So Google:
the specific substance you're looking for + pharmacokinetics
this is the tech word for bioavailability and half-life studies.

I was definitely referring to oil based carriers. Just like you would use a formula like 2% BA 18% BB GSO for a steroid I am doing this same thing for turinabol and a couple sarms.

I think it would be obvious that it would depend on the compound being used but water based injectable Winstrol has about double the half life of oral winstrol. Same thing with injectable Dbol - its half life is longer when its injected as opposed to oral administration.

Generally speaking it seems to be the case that IM prolongs half lifes of a lot of compounds. I saw a few articles and videos explaining this in detail but I cant remember or find them so I recently starting looking into this again as I start to brew a few things.

One thing I was really impressed with was SR9009 that I brewed... I am having a profound experience with it and cannot wait to make more of it and start making gains..
