Hey
@Superchicken, I wanted to ask, do you know anything about fat dissolvers and which are most effective? I'm looking to rid myself of some stubborn fat on my lower chest that just doesn't go away no matter how lean I get.
I'm looking at products such as:
Dr. Lipo +
Peach Bottle
Lipolab
Lemon Bottle
Pine Bottle
Kabelline
Meamo Silhouette
Do you have any recommendations? Are these products safe for at-home use? How much product would I need to purchase for it to be effective? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!
Technically none of the things we’ve discussed are safe for home use and have disclaimers that should only be administered by professionals. I don’t have personal experience, but have seen them used successfully though.
Are you sure that you have extra fat and that it’s not loose skin? Your weight loss makes me think your skin’s more the issue, and using a fat dissolver might make it worse if so.
Pasting a comment from the diy group, because I haven’t kept up with fat dissolvers. Also I don’t have any idea what this means, but I did see people not like Lemon, but did like the generic Pine. Also going to add a pic of a man in the group who said his weight was the same in both the before and after.
There are diy aesthetic Reddit subs where you can try searching, too.
“You need to look for dissolvers that clearly indicate the amount of Deoxycholic acid and/or Phosphatidylcholine in the formula. Formulations that have a blend of both usually work better. If you can't find out the amounts or concentrations then it's best to just skip. The only exception to that would be the Dermaheal LL - while they don't list concentration of their ingredients, the company has a 20 year track history of producing highly efficacious formulations based on patented peptide technology.”
“PCDC (Phosphatidylcholine/Deoxycholate) is the most common active ingredient in the most effective fat dissolver. After a year of intensive digging, I have been able to confirm the following details about the following products.
FDA-approved Kaybella is 10% Deoxycholate.
@qualax is medically graded and CE-certified. It's right behind K@yb3lla in concentration with 7.5% Deoxycholate.
Dr. Lipo Blue has 1% PC and .5% DC.
By comparison, Kabelline from Korea has .5% PCDC, a few vitamins, and 85% water. Kabelline, Neobella and Delgada are replicas of each other (dupes).
Lemon Bottle / Pine Bottle have zero active fat dissolving ingredients, but they do contain a combination of vitamins to support metabolism breakdown of fat.”
