Injectable winny recipe

Anyone have a successful winny recipe? it is micronized winny.

I cant give you a recipe but i know this much. i alway heat my bottle before i pin and I didn’t yesterday and the pip is crippling today! Lol! Im not sure if its alway like that with inj winny but dang man, i can barely lift my arms over my head! Im not a pip puss either. I used a 1/2 slin pin in the delts using 1/2 a ml on each side.
