injecting at night?

my buddy told me it was ok to inject befor you went to bed if you were going to work out first thing in the morning is this true? he does it sometimes so is he wasting juice or can it be ok on occasion?

First, I think the pain you'd wake up with would be worse than if you shot during the day and let it work itself through the muscle. Shooting and hitting bed would seem like it would allow the oil/ba to sit there and cause you a ton of pain when waking.
Secondly, your body uses the time at night to recover test levels. Shooting before bed would seem to me to shut you down worse than shooting in the am/during the day due to the body having the excess test while sleeping. Don't take my word on this, I'd check with einstein.
In the end though I don't see it being any kind of "waste" unless your still from the school that says site injections help the muscle grow in which case you'd want to train the specific part you injected into before bed.

You didn't say what he is injecting. If it's a test with an ester, it doesn't make any difference when it's injected, because it has a slow release into the bloodstream. Even if it's suspension, it still wouldn't matter what time of the day it's injected, because suspension is effective for about 24 hrs or so, and is injected daily anyway.

No matter what time of day or night you inject, you will get shut down just the same. And as far as the body's excess test while sleeping... the body has excess levels of test at all times during a cycle, not just during sleep.

That's right. It doesn't make any difference when a steroid is injected, regardless of ester, whether it's at night or in the morning. The results will be the same. And it doesn't get "wasted" if done at night. I'm not sure how you came up with that idea, but there is no truth to it.

On to the question at hand....I inject every night a couple of hours before bed, and I've had no problems ever with this.
