Injecting into biceps?

i know one guy that ponned his bicep as part of the rotation, as well as tricep.
As chase Iron's says, If you can flex it you can pin it.

I feel like if you're willing to pin gear into your biceps specifically to induce inflammation & create scar tissue you may as well just push a few ccs of hyaluronic acid in there instead.

I’ve been doing 0.25ml in each bicep head for the last few days, and just did one tricep head today. Only reason is I need to start using other muscles than quads and lats because volume has now increased because I’m blasting.

Dennis James said his lats grew from injections, but I wouldn’t say the inflammation is a good reason to do it. If you need more places to pin, I’d say that’s the best reason.

came across this video yesterday (go to 22:30)

He says you can gain about .5" in your arms by injecting in your biceps due to "scar" gains. The guy seems like a clown and it sounds like a terrible idea but I'm curious if any of you had experience injecting into your arms with good results? Lol

Can confirm, Mark Plummer is a retard, with clearly some mental health issues. Don't listen to anything he says or suggests. He's pretty strong but a terrible bodybuilder

I pin all over just for comfort. I let the oil completely absorb before pinning the same site again.

Biceps are in my pinning rotation. It’s rough, I’m not going to lie. If it’s anyone’s first time pinning biceps, I would suggest 0.25ml.

I was told specifically by an Olympia level trainer not to pin arms whatsoever if you jave longer insertions, or detail and need it to grow better. The reason so many guys have glazed over biceps and instead of striations and veins/ lackluster size compared to guys in the 90s is probably because they do that.

They guys in the 90s were doing equally risky things to the guys now. Don’t let anyone tell you anything different. Again to bring up Dennis James, on one of his podcasts with Flex they were talking about SEO, and they were all doing crazy stuff. SEO in hamstrings, biceps, chest, shoulders. Everywhere. Then think about what Flex was doing with diuretics, absolutely hammering them.
