Paying with Shakepay

Hey guys

It has been a long time since I used Shakepay to pay for an order with BTC.

If say my order is 300$, if I want to convert my $$ to BTC, would i just type in 300$ to convert to BTC and then what happens after? I just send the converted btc to the bitcoin address? The rep will provide me an address to send my converted bitcoin to?

Or do i need to convert more $$ to btc then the actual 300$ to cover any transaction costs, or associated costs with the transfer?

Sorry for the newbie question. I usually pay e transfer so its been a few years since I used bitcoin.

You'll have to cover the transaction fee too so if your order is $300 then put $320-330 in the wallet.

Usually it'll say total amount sent after transaction fee.

Ive never used shakepay so my crpyto app may differ
